1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the products are:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In their original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable:
Items marked “Final Sale”
Custom or personalized shoes
Socks or shoe care products if opened
Any items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by GREENTOPIS
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Wait for return approval and shipping instructions
Send the item back to our return center (shipping cost may apply)
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
Notify you via email of the refund status
Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:
